The staff at Ramee Guestline Hotel were extremely polite and accommodating. The luggage porter and maintenance staff were especially helpful.

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay and had no complaints at all.

Location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is located on Al Rigga road very close to Metro station. while the location itself is good with very wide pavements and with all amenties restaurants closeby, the Metro station enabls you to move anywhere with ease. evenj if you have to other Emirates the central bus station is one metro station away at Union. The hotel is clean enough although room can be a little more improved as bath room toilet flush some times do not work with full efficiency. Since there night clubs in the hotel some families may not prefer although it does not disturb others except for the sound of music which is not loud outside the clubs. But hotel beds, mattresses, furniture are very comfortable and very clean. Overall it is value for money and every dollar you spent is worth.Suggestion is that they should renovate the entrance and lobby area and change the furniture in the lobby to give a much better look. Rooms are much better than what the lobby suggests.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently situated near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread every morning, which was a great way to start the day. Another positive aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests during my stay.

The rooms were in dire need of renovation, with outdated furniture and fixtures. The cleanliness was also subpar, with dirty towels and sheets.

The Staff from the South Indian Rest. needs tranning on Customer Service bcoz I guess they are not well educated on the same & the one of the filipino lady on the recepection. over All it was worth for what we paid.

Location is good. the swimming pool was open and i enjoyed cooling off for an hour.

The hotel has two identical signs on the road (not too far apart but still..). The taxi driver dropped me at the wrong one. Also, the staff wanted to charge me for the room although i had already paid online. Travelers should pay attention so they are not charged twice.

Well the hotel was not that bad, but not value for money. The reception staffs poor in communication, knowledge as well as welcoming. I did book the room for one night from Booked.net it was fine. The problem started when I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, I talked to the reception in the morning to check if it’s possible to extend and the reply was please have a seat and we will check if it’s possible. He came back to me after checking and he told me that it’s doable with the seam rate. We had a discussion on the payment and I was ready to pay by credit card, but he side it won’t be possible as he has to wait till the checkout time for my old booking and then check me back again. He did offer to pay by cash and he will give a receipt voucher, but again he changed his mind and told me we have to wait as well. I had told him that I did book for a tourist trip and I will be out and I wish if you can receive the payment. He told me nicely you go ahead sir and we’ll might up at 3:00 P.M. to finalize the booking. I was choked when I had received a call from them telling me that the booking not confirmed!!! I had a chat and did ask for the manager. The manager spoke to her and told her the story but her reply was no we did not confirm that to you!! I did corner her and told her if you did not confirm why then the reception asked me for the payment??? And you telling me indirect way that I’m a liar. I had to cut the tourist trip that I had paid to them about ad490 and went back to the hotel but. When I did arrive there they told me that the booking confirmed once again!!!!!! And made the payment and lost my trip!!!??
